For the Love of Curry

Roasted curried chicken breast tossed with dried cranberries, gala apples, chopped pecans, red seedless grapes, chopped onion, yellow curry powder, vanilla yogurt, and mayonnaise.  Piled on a bed of  lettuce. Served with naan.
