| Time for some comfort food: Chili Boats. |

| Grab some sourdough rolls and hack off their tops. Press down the inside with your fingertips to form your boats. |

| Shred up a bunch of sharp cheddar cheese. |
 |
| Layer the cheese at the bottom of your boat cavities. |
 |
| Next, fill your boats up with your favorite kind of chili. This here is canned chili from the store as this was a spontaneous lunch idea and did not allow time for homecooked chili. (My friend gave me a recipe for one that is excellent. I'll have to try it again sometime this fall.) |

| Top with more cheese (and bacon if you are into that sorta thing.) |

| Cozy on up next to the fire and your kids and watch a movie. Walla! A perfect way to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon. |
