  1. Delicious pictures, Keri!

And I have just been LOVING your sweet kid posts. Haven't been able to comment, but I will try to figure out the browser thing.

I CANNOT believe how fast your garden grew!!! I just got my tomatoes into the ground last week, so perhaps that's why we're a bit behind! Nice work - it's looking so so good! And I'm excited to hear more about the photography class. I got a groupon for one in September, so I'm hoping to be an "M" shooter someday....

and bedtime is a PAIN at my house, too. I have totally said things like, "If you don't lay down, you're going to lose your snuggles, etc. etc. etc." And then, what am i saying?? Bedtime = Desperation in my house. I hear you!

    Have a great weekend!

  2. Hi Stef! Thanks for the super fun comment! :) The garden is on secret steroids of sorts, not quite sure what that means for the fruit, worried there's too much of everything and there won't be enough energy to bring anything to completion (eggplant, butternut squash...) cramped quarters for sure. Oh, well, it's my first year so it's just exciting to see things grow!

I really admire your photography, Stef. I go to your blog and just oogle over your beautiful shots. You got talent, girl!

Thanks for commiserating with me over bedtime, Stef. Oy vey.

  5. How does your garden grow? FANTASTICALLY, that's how!!! Babe, I wouldn't worry about your eggplants and butternut squash. Some veggies take a long time to grow...They may be crowded, but they are extremely resilient creatures...obviously! :)

And, dude. I am still SO trying to figure out M mode. I HAVE resorted to "auto" since the class and I'm only *slightly* ashamed to admit it. But if I know you (which I DO), you will be so fucking adept at shooting on "M" in no time that it's going to irritate the fuck out of me. And that is meant as a compliment, despite the proliferate use of curse words.

    Love you.

  6. Ali, you make me laugh. You might be easing yourself into "M" mode but only because you have so much talent in various other creative outlets. It looks like drawing may be higher on your list and I cannot wait to see what you create! But thanks for the compliment none the less. ;) Love you, too.
