Sourdough Muffins

Cube one round of sliced sourdough.

Gently mix in 1/2 cup of cream with 3 egg yolks.

Mix in 3-5 cloves of chopped roasted garlic.

(Mix in 1/4 cup melted butter.)

Add freshly chopped rosemary.

Fold in 3 whipped eggwhites.

Form into balls and place in muffin tin.

Bake at 500* for 5 minutes. Next, bake at 350* for 8 minutes.
