Things dried in the sun...
...are good.
Sliced and toasted sourdough baguette brushed with olive oil and rubbed with freshly roasted garlic. Topped with crème fraiche, sun dried tomatoes, and basil.
Balsamic vinaigrette with roasted garlic cloves to dip.
