My favorite calzone (lately), made into a pizza.

Sautee onions and mushrooms.

Add some italian sausage (if you like that sorta thing).

Roast some pretty yellow bell peppers under the broiler for 5 minutes.

Crush a clove of garlic.

Slice grape tomatoes and add them to the roasted bell peppers. Sprinkle tomatoes with crusjed garlic.

Roast under the broiler for another 5 minutes.

Shred jack cheese.

Smell the sauteed mixture, just for fun.

Assemble pizza.
Layer on top of homemade PW crust: pesto, roasted vegtable mixture and crumbled feta.

For non-vegetarians, add the sauteed mushrooms, onions and italian sausage.

Sprinkle with jack cheese. Bake at 500* for 15 minutes (watch for browning).


Enjoy with a crisp caesar salad and glass of Barbera. Yum!!
